4. Food-Safety Complaints
For hygiene, adulteration or unsafe-food complaints, please report through in-app Help with supporting evidence such as a photo. We route such complaints to the relevant restaurant / food business operator and, where required, support escalation to the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and the State Food Safety authorities.
5. Escalation Beyond Zesday
If you are dissatisfied with our resolution, you may approach, as applicable:
- the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (District, State or National) under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — you may file where you reside;
- the Data Protection Board of India for data-protection matters;
- FSSAI or the State Food Safety authorities for food-safety matters.
6. Non-Retaliation
We will not penalise any customer, restaurant partner or delivery partner for raising a good-faith grievance.
